Important information to read before booking:​​​

Dr Ravi focuses on long-term lifestyle and environmental adjustments to optimise your health and well-being. If you're looking for quick prescriptions or a fast fix, Dr. Ravi may not be the right practitioner for you. As part of the process, all new patients will first meet with a health coach, who will take a comprehensive lifestyle history and guide the implementation of any necessary changes. Dr Ravi will organise and necessary testing before her appointment with you. Your case review appointment will then be scheduled with Dr Ravi.

Please note Dr Ravi does not take on the role of your regular GP and provides her specialist services as an Integrative Medicine practitioner.

Dr Ravi works on the bigger picture, after the Initial consultation and Case review, patients may not need to see Dr Ravi very frequently.

Appointment costs and Medicare rebates are based on the time and complexity of the appointment.

All appointments can be turned into telehealth appointments, however, to receive a Medicare rebate you must have seen Dr Ravi face-to-face within 12 months.
Initial Consultation (read below before booking)
Before your appointment, please complete our intake form to help us understand your health background and tailor your care. Your initial consultation will be with Leah, our health coach, who will take a deep dive into your lifestyle history, nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management. Based on this, she will provide personalised guidance on diet and lifestyle changes to support your health goals. You will also receive a blood pathology request form from Dr Ravi, which we recommend completing after implementing Leah’s recommendations. This process allows us to prioritise urgent cases and ensure all necessary information is available for your case review. For ongoing support, we offer 6- and 12-week lifestyle coaching packages with Leah until your follow-up review with Dr Ravi.

Case Review with Dr Ravi Gornall
8-12 Weeks after your initial consultation with Leah, you will meet with Dr Ravi for a comprehensive case review. During this appointment, she will interpret your test results, assess your progress, and create a personalised management plan based on your findings and symptoms.

Script Renewal
To renew existing scripts, please use the link and renew scripts through AutoMed. If Dr Ravi approves, this will be processed within 24 - 48 business hours.

Extended Health Coach Appointments are for new patients to Dr Ravi's practice or if you would prefer a longer consultation. Our health coach collaborates with Dr. Ravi to develop a personalised health plan tailored to your needs.

Follow-up Health Coach Appointments can be booked if you are an existing patient of Dr Ravi's. Our Health Coach works closely with patients to take care of and support patients between visits. Dr Ravi encourages you to check in with a health coach if you have any queries about your lifestyle plan.

Acupuncture
90 Minute Initial Acupuncture Consult
Your initial consultation will last approximately 90 Minutes, providing ample time to discuss your symptoms, goals, medical history, lifestyle, and environment. During the session, Brendan may examine your tongue, assess your pulse, conduct muscle strength tests, and evaluate your joint mobility. Following this assessment, he will discuss your Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) diagnosis and recommend appropriate acupuncture techniques.
Since the effects of acupuncture are cumulative, a series of treatments is usually suggested. The number and frequency of sessions will be tailored to your individual needs.
